Heavy Liquid Paraffin (HLP)
Medicinal liquid paraffin, also known as paraffinum liquidum, is a very highly refined mineral oil used in cosmetics and for medical purposes. The term paraffinum subliquidum is sometimes used to denote a thicker (more viscous/oily) mineral oil.
